Who I am as a therapist
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified drug and alcohol counselor I (CADC I). I specialize in perinatal mental health and work with individuals and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and parenthood transitions. Beyond the perinatal specialization, I also work with individuals healing from emotionally immature caregivers, toxic family systems, intimate partner violence and broader systems of oppression. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in an anti-oppressive and anti-racist framework. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, affirmed, and empowered as they move through complex reproductive and parenting experiences.
